Hours: Night Shift, 1:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m./until needed

Job Overview:

The Order Assembly Associate works in a fast-paced environment. The associate in this position assembles clam shells into kits, accordingly to customer orders; moves quickly from work station to other areas while the lines continue to run. The associate can change the labels on the machines accordingly to customer’s orders and in a safe manner.

Job Functions:

  • Assembles  Company’s product kits while the line conveyors runs
  • Packs Customers’ kits into boxes with no errors and ensure that the information on the box is mark correctly
  • Checks Customer’s purchase orders always, to ensure quantities are correct
  • Inserts clam shells into sleeves, rubber band and bags accordingly to the Customer Orders
  • Inspects the quality of product prior to assembling
  • Communicates with Line Coordinators to keep teammates on the informed of product need or changes that effects the team
  • Double checks all orders for accuracy prior to initialing them as complete
  • Maintains a clean working environment
  • Complies with all Food Safety and Safety requirements
  • Uses Personal Protective Equipment when performing tasks that requires
  • Reports all observed safety hazard to the Production Supervisor
  • Attends to all Company’s training as needed
  • Adheres to all Company’s procedures and policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned by order other leaders and management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 months of manufacturing or production experience required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic math
  • Flexible
  • Possess a strong communication skill

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1 year of production experience
  • Bilingual, English & Spanish, but not required
